WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
All orders placed before 3.30pm (GMT) on a working day (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched within 3 working days.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification confirming your order and informing you that you will receive your order within a maximum period of 5 working days.
You will then be sent another email with the transport company tracking number and a link so that you can check the status of your order on the transport company website.
WHERE IS MY ORDER DISPATCHED FROM?
All orders made on our Blue Atoll swimwear website are dispatched from Spain.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES OR TAXES ON MY ORDER?
Additional handling and customs fees may apply to your order depending on your local customs regulations. Blue Atoll swimwear shall not be liable for any such charges and the customer is solely responsible. Under no circumstances shall Blue Atoll swimwear be able to refund any such additional charges.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you wish to make any changes with regard to your order, please contact us by email, as soon as possible, at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will make every endeavour to modify your order as you request. However, please bear in mind that it may not always be possible due to our delivery times and deadlines.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can simply return it to us. Please ensure that the item is in perfect condition, unused, and has all the original labels. We will then proceed to send you a replacement or, alternatively, we will provide you with a refund.
1.- Send an email to email@example.com informing us that you would like to exchange or return an item and include the order number.
2.- Once we have received the item and verified that it is correct, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund based on your original method of payment.
Please bear in mind that, in the case of returns, delivery costs will be deducted from the original purchase price paid by you.
